Travel Advisor Advantage Program
The Scootaround Travel Advisor Advantage Program provides commission to members of the travel and hospitality industry when they refer successful vacation rentals to Scootaround's wheelchair, mobility scooter, powerchair, and oxygen rental service. The Travel Advisor Advantage Program provides affiliates with a Scootaround Reward Number (SRN) and is free to anyone who works in the concierge, hospitality, or travel industry, including hotel chains, travel agents, transportation providers, and hospitals. We accept bookings up to a year in advance!
Program Details
- Referring travel agents will earn 10% commission for each completed equipment rental, up to a maximum of $100 per order (minimum 3-day rental). Excludes optional insurances.
- Referring travel agents will earn $20 commission for each completed oxygen rental, up to a maximum of $100 per order (minimum 3-day rental). Individual rentals with multiple oxygen cylinders are considered 1 rental and will earn $20 commission.
- Scootaround Reward Number (SRN) must be supplied at the time the equipment is booked in our system.
- Travel agent commissions are based on completed rentals only. No commissions will be paid out for cancelled bookings.
- Electronic Payment: commissions are paid electronically to our travel affiliates on a quarterly basis. Payments arrive between the 10th and 20th day of January, April, July, and October.
Q1 = January 1 – March 31
Payment: April 10 - 20
Q2 = April 1 - June 30
Payment: July 10 - 20
Q3 = July 1 - September 30
Payment: October 10 - 20
Q4 = October 1 - December 31
Payment: January 10 - 20
Simply complete the Travel Advisor Advantage Program application form below. Once your information has been processed, we will provide you with your unique Scootaround Reward Number (SRN). Each time this number is used when booking a mobility equipment or oxygen rental, Scootaround will record your commissions and pay you at the end of each period.
Please take a moment to carefully review Scootaround's Privacy Policy prior to signing up for the Travel Advisor Advantage Program. Your acceptance of this Privacy Policy is deemed to occur once you first create your Travel Advisor Advantage account.
